The processor for my Infusionsoft shopping cart purchases, Beanstream, requires the “state/province” field to be filled out ONLY with a 2-capital abbreviation, such as CA for California. ANY other format results in a failed transaction. This happens on a regular basis since many people use the autofill function to complete the shopping cart form. I’m certain I lose sales due to this hassle. Is there any way to insert code into my shopping cart that will force a 2-capital entry? This has been going on for years and I’ve got to do something about it. Thanks for any help you can offer.
Just found out that Infusionsoft broadcasts don’t seem to know that the state name is the same as the state abbreviations. I wanted to send a mailer to everyone in New Jersey, but only those whose billing state was “NJ” got it. Those whose was “New Jersey” were left out.
