Flag email already on system when adding contact

Hi,

We are having an issue with some of our users duplicating contacts as they add a contact on the infusionsoft system with an email address - say test@infusionsoft.com, and then another user will come along and add that contact again with that email address test@infusionsoft.com.

I know this is likely a case of needing greater user education and discipline, but maybe a way to reduce duplicate contacts would be for it to be flagged to the user when they are duplicating an email address which is already on system, and asking them whether they would like to view the existing contact and amend their details, or add the contact again?
