'Fix Critical Issue' error box for email broadcasts

Hi there,

Every email broadcast i have tried to create will not send to my selected clients due ‘critical issues’.

There is no solution when i click ‘fix critical issues’.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

I know this isn’t ideal, but IS has had a number of email related issues recently and it may be necessary to recreate the email first as it may have been ‘saved with the issue’
