I have added 6 new sales reps and they are adding email broadcasts 2-3 times per week. How can they find the results of their open & click rate if there are only 5 available in the dashboard? The dropdown menu in the dashboard only shows the last 5.
Can they search on just their email broadcasts to see the open rates?
Go under Marketing - Email & Broadcasts - and then click View Broadcasts.
From there they can segment the sender and the dates. Click the ‘view’ link on the results and you can see all details.
