When I export contacts, it doesnt export the notes. Looks like I can just export notes using the task/note report, however they dont export the contact’s other information like tags etc. How can i export everything about the contact - notes, tags, tasks etc all in one export?
You can’t. You need to export them individually and then blend using a spreadsheet.
oh wow! thats going to be a lot of work for 10000 contacts and 20000 notes!! 
Not quite as bad as it may seem with some well-structured excel formulas
