Emails that have passed the time of day

in the image you can see that there’s an immediate email and then one for the day before that is scheduled for 6am. Since it’s 12:14pm the day before the appointment, the 6am email won’t send but the initial email will. I believe this is right however, confirmation always proves helpful and stress reducing :slight_smile:

Just took a look. Yes, the initial email would send, but in the example that you shared, the day before email would be skipped (Date out of range), and the contact would await the ‘day of’ email.
