what’s the difference between unengaged marketable and unengaged non-marketable
Unengaged marketable means that they have not engaged with your emails over the past X number of months, and unengaged nonmarketable means that you have the setting turned on in your Email Automation area that says that if they don’t engage with you in a certain period of time mark them as unmarketable so you do not get emails.
