I have an email sent to a staff member to action a sale. She has now left the business but I can’t work out where to change her email to the new person. I have my own email in the Shopping Cart form. Where else could the email be sent from?
It could be triggering inside a campaign, or it could be triggering inside “Billing Automation’.
Go into the ecommerce setup section, then under the ‘actions’ menu item in the middle, go to Billing Automation. In there it is possible that there are items that are configured to fire based on a purchase.
