Does anyone know of a way to add a countdown timer inside a campaign email?

I have a couple Countdown timers,
NIftyIMage
Sendtric
Tickcounter
but none of the code works in the campaign.
Ive added them as a URL in the image area and no luck.

Have u tried using a code block and inserting the code in there?

OMg Terri, thank you. thats what i needed. and that’s what ive been doing ON LANDING PAGES.
I think being able to view the Timer is different on landing pages?
