If you look at the dates in the Recent Orders section, they seem to be in Australian format, e.g. d/mm/yy as shown on rows 2, 3 & 4 (23/06/19, 29/07/14 & 29/07/14). It’s very easy to work out when the day is > 12. But how do I treat the dates in the Subscriptions? Same client, same screen, same format? I therefore assume that his contract started on the 7th of March 2019 (7/3/2019) by virtue of the date format in the Recent Orders. My problem is I then dig deeper and find that it was actually the 3rd of July 2019, it adds to the time taken to get the correct picture while talking to these clients.
Is there a setting to get the dates the same? I’m in Australia where the standard date format is d/m/yy but the parent company is in the US where it is m/d/yy. I’d like to see dates use mmm (Jan - Dec) as this would take any ambiguity out of the picture … 7 Mar or Jul 3, either would work.
