I am looking to have saved searches to track the total number of the following
The number of people NOT in a campaign
The number of people NOT in a campaign - excluding ‘Long Term Nurture’
The number of popped NOT had an email in last 7 days
The number of popped NOT had an email in last 30 days
I can then setup (I think) ‘custom statistics’ to track the number.
Can the searches be done easily?
Paul:
In order to get these numbers you have to ‘count the void’ … you first need to identify those who ARE in the things you want to track, tag them, then find those who don’t have the tags.
So for the ‘campaign’ options:
Go to Marketing - Reports
Run the ‘campaign contacts’ report
Select all campaigns and all sequences
Choose ‘active’
Choose your dates (probably just today, If you want currently active)
Then apply a tag of “in active campaign”
Then, run a contact report and choose everyone who does not have that tag and it will give you all of the people who are not in a given campaign.
Edit your search accordingly to exclude the nurture campaign
For the ‘email sent’ options:
Go to Marketing - Reports
Run the Marketing - Email Batch Results report
They have options for last 7 days and last 30 days.
For those in the 7 days, tag with “Received email Last 7 days” - repeat for 30
Then, run a contact report for all contacts who don’t have X tag.

Just looking at this and it seems will not update the list.
I would have to manually tag the contacts each time to check my list on the dashboard.
It there a way to automate it?
