I thought we used to be able to see the customer ID when we did a search on customer. I am trying to verify the customer ID in Customer Hub with Infusionsoft
When you do a search, go to ‘edit criteria/columns” and choose “Contact ID” as one of the items that shows in the search.
That will show you the contact ID in the search results.
If you are just looking at one contact record, the contactID shows up in the URL at the top.
