Creating an outbound disposition automation

I would like to create a process to automate the outbound calling for the agents. Currently, I am setup with JustCall integrated with my KEAP account. When the agents are making their outbound calls- after the call finishes I would like a disposition to come up so whether they come across a voicemail etc, they can click voicemail and it will automatically send that client an email with a specific template, and justcall will send the cilent a recorded voicemail drop etc. If the agent clicks on “spoke to briefly” disposition then it will automatically send the client a “spoke to briefly” email, and a “nice chattin with ya” SMS etc…

When I had a coaching session, the automation engineer had told me this could be done, that is how I learned about this process- but need assistance with setting this up now that my justcall has been integrated.

I’m not familiar with JustCall but if you were looking for something natively inside of the Keap system you could have an internal form with checkboxes for the various outcomes and your rep could simply check the checkbox and hit save and that would trigger the automation on the backend.

If justcall has outcomes that they could mark in their software and you could have an API configuration than the API configuration could trigger the tags necessary to drive the automation you’re looking for.
