Hi Keap, We are noticing that emails to customers are unopened, however they are saying that they have seen them. Could this be due to reading them on a mobile phone as opposed to a PC? Could this also be if they have preview them instead of actually opening the email? IF so, is there anyway of also tracking opened emails on the phone?
Have also noticed it happening with tasks set for internal users. They have read and printed the task, however it remains ‘unopened’
