Company vs. Contact records

Hey everyone! So I could use some input on ‘best practices’ regarding CRM structure. Specifically, I have a client who is new to Infusionsoft and is very company record focused. I’ve explained how everything in Infusionsoft revolves around the contact record, and all of the limitations of the company records in the system. He just can’t accept reorienting his business approach to contacts in his sales pipeline and crm. From his perspective “contacts belong to a COMPANY. It is a company that we make a Deal with not an individual”.

I’m sure some of you have dealt with this hurdle before. What have you found as the best approach in implementing in Infusionsoft with this business mindset? Thanks in advance for your feedback!
