Can't access beyond the recent 5 orders per customer

I have a customer that was somehow able to order a product 11 times, but I can only access the most recent 5 orders to submit refunds. I can click on “View All” on her profile order tab, but the only hyperlink available on the order history is her profile and not the actual order form. I cannot cancel or refund orders 6-11. Anyone know if there is some field or something I need to arrange to access these actual order forms?

You should be able to get to then by modifying the ID parameter at the end of the url when you edit an order. They number by 2’s so in my example, if you change the value to 30832 or 30826 then you get then next or last order in line.
