I’m writing today to report a bug. The chat support refused to believe this was a bug.
We are unable to deactivate credit cards.
We have cleared our cache/cookies, tried multiple browsers, and even tried a PC that has never accessed your site before. The results are the same.
How can I officially report this? We’re VERY concerned about the wrong cards being charged as we cannot make them inactive.
