Hey all - I hear this question from time to time, and there isn’t currently an elegant way to pause campaigns using the built-in features.
But it IS possible with some effort - so I made a resource showing you how you could build a campaign with a “pause” functionality, but full disclosure: It may be more work than it’s worth.

Can you pause campaigns for specific contacts such as contacts assigned to a certain owner?
So, you could STOP a campaign when a contact is assigned to a specific owner - but there really isn’t a good way to resume them in the position they were in. To accomplish that would take a fair amount of planning in terms of how you’ve designed and structured the campaign (which is what the video above talks about.
