Can I generate an invoice for renewal before the charge date?
Out of the box, Infusionsoft is designed to generate invoices at time of payment, which is probably what you have been seeing.
I know that there are some methods that our other customers use, that might be of interest. Our community members should be able to help with some ideas on how to best approach this situation.
Can you share a little bit more detail into this renewal process? This might help us find a solution.
@Mary_Fedick, you might be able to do this with Fortapay - I don’t use it but those who do love it.
