I am trying to work out the best way to manage content in the growing number of email scattered around many campaigns. In a perfect world they would all be housed in one locations with links to the various campaigns. The person who edits and updates our emails is not familiar with Infusionsoft and it seems laborious to have to tunnel into each campaign and find the emails to update. We had a client that had about 50 emails in various campaigns and they need to edit the footer disclaimer… it was a huge effort and we ended up missing some… would be perfect if a single document edit would proliferate through all emails.
Anyway, just wondering what creative solutions fellow IS users have implemented.
Cheers,
Terry
Terry:
I create what I call a Quick Send Email campaign.
It houses all the emails that we may send from various campaigns. You just trigger with a tag application and that triggers the email to go out.
Then, when you are building your campaigns, anywhere you would insert an ‘email send’ action, you just apply the tag that triggers that specific email.
You can also create an Internal Form with checkboxes that attaches to the sequences so that you can easily fire off one email a la carte.
Thanks Jeff… trying to digest this screen shot. Thanks for sending! So, you have piled a ton of campaigns into a master campaign so you have a single location to access emails within the sequences?
Yes.
Each email is a Tag Goal - Sequence
The tag is applied and that puts them into the sequence, where the email is sent out.
