Campaign Builder, email sequence stopped broadcasting after the 5th email

I set up 10 emails as a sequence using the campaign builder but it stopped broadcasting after the 5th email.
Seemed that there is no more “space” to insert the arrow for the delay timer on the same line, so I moved the arrow that link it to the delay timer to the next line to connect to the 6th email broadcast but that didnt get sent.

how do I set this up such that the sequence flows smoothly (and has enough space to accommodate 52 emails) , I am looking to send out weekly email broadcast for up to a year (for a total of 52 emails) but not sure how to programme or set up the sequence…

It would be most helpful if you could take a snap shot of the sequence in question so that we can see how it’s setup and then advise you :wink:

I just received your reply for my request for help on my email.
Sorry I am new to this posting thread thingy…
and I have been trying to reach live chat support for the past 5 days!
seemed that the live chat button is no longer there. and the help desk articles are so confusing
its so frustrating !

Looking at that, the only reason that I can think of is, was it published?

The connection looks fine.

Best thing to do is ask support to investigate.
