Calender sync

There has always been an issue with calendar for non US time zone. It shows the US time on the summary but the correct time in the actual appointment. And the correct time is synced with Outlook.
Today all the appointments have changed to US time and synced them incorrectly then with local Outlook.
Is this known? I couldnt find anything

There is/was a known issue regarding time zones and appt times that they have said, in our Partner communication, is/was to have been being fixed shortly.

I have noticed the correct time is now showing on the summary so they fixed that part.
