Appointment time not syncing

After scheduling an appointment for a customer, we are noticing a glitch in the Quick View tab. If the appointment is set for 9:00am PST, the quick view is showing the appointment for 3 hours earlier at 6:00am.
If you click on the appointment the time is correct (9:00am).
This is happening for all our sales reps calendars. We noticed it starting on 10/10/18.
