I have successfully installed the Bloom popup plugin and connected it to the Infusionsoft API. When the form is filled out the tag is successfully applied.
The problem – the tag being applied is supposed to trigger a campaign but it ONLY does if the contact is already confirmed (opted in). If it’s a new contact or one that has not yet confirmed, the campaign is NOT added to the contact.
The first step of the campaign is email confirmation, then it goes to a sequence. I’m guessing that if I remove the email confirmation, the contact will be added to the campaign and sequence. But then I will end up with people who have not double opted in.
So – is it possible to have an email confirmation after a tag is added by Bloom? If so how?
