Hello Fellow Keaper’s or Infusionsoft OG’s. I am needing your input. I am using Big Commerce for our eCommerce and Keap connected via an API call.
In the past Big Commerce transactions would create a product inside of Keap, now it is trying to match up with an older product name and causing confusion inside of the client record, because it does not match the product name they purchased inside of Big Commerce.
Do you know if a product has to be created inside of Keap to match what is being built inside of Big Commerce and does it need to match 100%?
