What is best practise for holding contacts in a nurture sequence that will extend over time, but doesn’t yet have all the campaign nurture emails added to it? … I currently have contacts who are waiting in a delay timer of 60 days … My thinking was I could add a new email and then change the timer to 5 days … and they would all get the new email when I published the new timer update. However after reading the following article it seems to suggest this is not good practise as “unpredictable behaviour” can occur. Editing campaign timers while contacts ar | Max Classic
