Hi Keap Developer Community,

I’m looking for the best way to track user interactions on social media (likes, comments, clicks) and extract Web Profile data for multiple contacts at once in Keap.

Here are my key questions:

  1. Social Media Interactions :

• What’s the best method to track when a contact interacts with social media posts (e.g., Facebook or Instagram ads, organic posts, etc.)?

• Are there existing integrations or recommended API workflows for linking social media interactions to Keap contacts?

  1. Web Profile Data Extraction :

• I know that individual Web Profile data can be found on a contact’s record, but is there a way to generate a report that includes Web Profile data for multiple contacts at once?

• If not natively available, would using an API be a viable approach to retrieve and analyze this data?

I’d appreciate any guidance, best practices, or recommended tools that could help optimize this process.
