Hi, I need to create an html page containing an Infusionsoft webform (this page could be hosted on Infusionsoft, or in Clickfunnels, or written manually in html. So, the way the page is created does not matter to me).
An email will be sent to Infusionsoft contacts.
When a contact clicks on a link in the email, he lands on the landing page with the webform.
The available webform fields should be autopopulated AND the webform layout should look like this:
