Automate Quote --> Contract --> Payment Plan Options

I would like to automate via a post-consultation follow-up sequence the ability to generate a quote (based on the services/prices they were quoted during the consultation) which the prospect can click on to accept, which will then generate a contract they can e-sign, which will then provide them a series of payment options (full payment, 2 easy payments, 3 easy payments, etc.).

Currently we manually input the new client’s info into a Word doc and then send for signatures via Adobe esign.
Payments are manually entered into our merchant account payment portal.

You can automate that process, but it will require 3rd party tools/integrations to accomplish it.

Depending on exactly what you need, you may need PlusThis, Zapier, or (my favorite integration tool) Integromat.
