We want to use the Network Merchants (NMI) gateway, but instead of sending our transactions to the static NMI URL, we want to send it to an alternative gateway URL that emulates NMI. Does anyone have any idea’s about how this could be done or the right group to talk to at InfusionSoft?
Hi Jason. I don’t think that’s possible, unless you have developed your own shopping cart, have access to modify the code and plan on adding orders in Infusionsoft via the API. I’m a bit out of my element here, so I’ll ask around when I’m back in the office on Wednesday. Maybe @APIMods have worked on something similar before? If it’s not possible, is the merchant account you want to use on our Supported Merchant Account list? If so, would you be open to not emulating?
Basically, one of your clients is looking to implement our solution to
handle their multiple processing accounts and manage their transaction
risk. We are currently integrated with CRM’s like Zoura, Konnective and
LimeLight as a Gateway Option in their back office and are looking at what
the process would be or who we would talk to at InfusionSoft to make this
possible. The integration is easy, since you’ve already built the code to
support NMI all InfusionSoft needs to do is use the same code and change
the URL. I’ve attached a basic diagram to show the basic flow.
Hopefully this might clarify what we are looking for.
Cheers,

Thanks for the clarification, Jason. That makes total sense. I’ll private message you a contact at Infusionsoft. It may be later this week or sometime next week as many employees are currently on vacation.
Hey Martin, we were communicating via the InfusionSoft forms awhile back ( Alternative Gateway URL) about
implementing our Alternative NMI gateway in to InfusionSoft for one of your
existing clients. I believe you said that as soon as the team there was
back from vacations you would private message me the correct path we should
be pursuing. I was hoping we could get the conversation going again and the
next time we are in Arizona, I’ll make sure we get you some Beer and Taco’s
on OpenPath

Thanks for reminding me, @Jason_Martin . I sent your request up the chain of command today. I’m not sure who owns Product/Biz Dev for merchant account services, but I talked to someone this afternoon who said she will find out for us.
