Adding text to Sales Order/Invoice

Hello - I would like to add about 2 pages of text (terms & Conditions) for every sales order that goes out, not as an attachment. The sales order will also serve as a contract.

So if I’m understanding correctly, once someone makes a purchase, you want them to direct to the text to confirm their acceptance of the terms and conditions?

I’m new to this forum, has there been further discussion and solutions on how to add terms and conditions to a purchase and possibly receipt?

Are you looking to provide this at the time of the order or immediately after?
