Add date stamp when terms and conditions are ticked

Hi,

I’m wondering if it’s possible to add a date stamp to a customers record when they tick the terms and conditions box on an order form?

I think that might take a little bit of coding (Javascript) but it should be possible to populate a custom field with the date/time that the form is submitted.
