Hi, if we manually add a contact to a sequence where the first item is an email, is the email supposed to be sent immediately? What can we do in the case of a delay? Eg when we added someone to a sequence but he only received the email the next day?
Sorry for the wait. There may be a few factors at play here. Was this contact a brand new contact in your system, by any chance? (Or a contact you haven’t emailed out to out of Infusionsoft before.) It sounds like the contact may have been throttled due to cold email throttling.
