Add/delete user change ownerships

what is the best way to add a new user, delete another and switch all those contacts to new user

The best scenario would be to add the new user first. Then, you can assign contacts/tasks/opportunities over automatically, during the deactivation process of the old user. Another option would be to ‘re-purpose’ the old user. Our support team can assist with this at 1-866-800-0004 Ext 2. The current ‘Infusionsoft ID’ can be unlinked from this user, and a different email can be linked up, and a new user could just slide into the old user’s seat, without the need to “reassign” things.
