Hi there,
I notice that you can add additional text to an email footer by editing the footer block.
Is there a way to update the default footer? I have some additional text about global security concerns we’d like to apply to all our emails, and I’d love to not have to add that every time.
Thanks,
Rae
There isn’t a field for that, but you can add whatever text you want into the ‘company’ field and that will get added.
For example, my footer is as follows when I just have my basic info in there.
4Spot Marketing, LLC 11700 W Charleston #170-160 Las Vegas, Nevada 89135 United States (702) 721-9763
However if I change the ‘company’ name to include other text in front of my company name, it is this (I also added the pipe symbol in my company name to delineate). The bold is what is in my ‘company name’ field:
This is where I added extra text in front of my company name | 4Spot Marketing, LLC 11700 W Charleston #170-160 Las Vegas, Nevada 89135 United States (702) 721-9763
These settings are under Marketing —> Settings —> Email Defaults
Thanks,
Jeff
