A way for contact to be removed from campaign when they reply to email (trigger)?

Hi there!

I am trying to find a way in a campaign builder for a contact to be removed from email sequence(campaign) if they reply to 1st email in sequence WITHOUT adding a link for them to click in body of email? Their email “reply” itself would trigger them to be removed from campaign.
Any thoughts?
