Hi all, we are having an issue with the create/update from Zapier to Max Classic. The Zap works but it is duplicating contacts even though it is set to just update the contact if they have the same email address. Any help would be greatly appreciated but Keap chat support wasn’t able to help us, said they didn’t see any logs on their end.
Do you have any Web Forms that are being used? Are they set to look up by Email Address to avoid duplications?
Are you sure that the duplicates are coming from Zapier only?
