We get an error when trying to connect the signup module to Infusionsoft. But we have successfully done this before on this same website?
It looks like Infusionsoft made some changes with the API. The process to generate an API is no longer the same. It seems to require a separate account on a different portal. We’ve tried the credentials provided on the Infusionsoft account but they’re not working.
Please can anyone provide some help. It’s fairly urgent. Thank you.
