Hello, My “app or apps IDs show traffic within the past 30 days using legacy API keys from July 1-31, 2024.
• 1270 API calls for app name ex246” I do not understand what I need to do. Can someone help explain this?
Hi @Lucy_Perkins, basically you have one or more Keap / Infusionsoft integrations that use the Legacy API Key.
What you need to do is to review what integrations you have connected to your account. These could be third party integrations, or some custom script that has been developed.
it could be that you have some historical integration running. Or in other words, something that has been running for years without intervention. Given the number of API calls reported, it appears to be on the low level side of things, averaging around 40+ API calls as day.
I think it is probably CustomerHub, but I have no idea what I need to do to prepare for this change.
Here are instructions on how to connect CustomerHub to Keap using OAuth.
Thank you Pav, My set up is all working fine between Keap and CustomerHub (I have both CustomerHub classic and the new CustomerHub). For new CustomerHub it works as described in the article with tags in Keap creating the user access in CustomerHub. For “old” CustomerHub, I use a campaign sequence step “Add to CustomerHub” - and it is in nearly all of my campaigns. I am worried that this change means I have to change this?
I am not a CustomerHub expert, but the article below from their Classic page follows the same principle as their New CustomerHub.
I think it is the case of checking your Old CustomerHub connection and authorize it under your account.
After you have done that, then everything will carry on working as normal.
