Webform checkbox not displaying

I have a webform that works fine. When I add a checkbox to it this does not appear in the webform.

I am copying the styled html.

Hi Nick. Just want to be sure that you republished the campaign after adding the checkbox. When you add items to a form, the code will not update until the campaign is republished.

Aaah. That will be it then. Now works fine - I had assumed that the code was generated when the form was changed…
