I’ve been having some very strange issues with a new web-form that I’ve set up.
It seems as though the entries are triggering the notification email for form entries and if the contact being added already exists then the emails of the sequence following the form are triggered too, but still don’t appear anywhere in the campaign builder ‘Reporting’ tab.
I opened the page with the form on it in an incognito window and filled it in and it worked alright. Why are my web-form entries not appearing on the campaign builder reporting tab, but the notification emails and sequences are triggering?
I’ve never seen anything like this happen before. I spoke to live chat and they just told me that it’s because I’m not collecting consent but I don’t see how that will cause the issue I’m seeing.
