We are not receiving emails for our instructions

Hi All

We have instructions sent to a Microsoft email and they are no longer going there. Can someone please tell me how to fix this and where to look?

Hey, @Sharmaine_Gormley. Were the instructions part of an automated campaign? If so, can you find the email in the campaign? Is it going to a SPAM folder? Can you provide us with a bit more info about the origin of this email? Thanks!

Its part of an instructions set up I am not sure of the campaign as no users of the program no longer work here.

We complete a form from a link and it is sent to the inbox via Infusionsoft.
