Using a pre-made newsletter can I upload to infusionsoft?

I have a newsletter already created that is in Jpeg or png format and I would like to simply insert that into my newsletter campaign on infusionsoft. Is that possible or do I have to create it in infusionsoft?

If I do have only the option to create it in infusionsoft can I create a template that can be repeated in future emails?

You can bring a jpeg etc into landing pages or emails but in emails that would affect deliverability (large images do). So you may be better off recreating an email with the newsletter content in it directly.
