When I send a newsletter to the clients’ email, they are not able to see the images and need to click on the “download image” button which is not easy to find for most of them. How can I solve this issue before sending the newsletter?

That is a setting in their email system, not related to how Infusionsoft sends emails.

That’s usually the clients browser security settings…nothing to do with Infusionsoft/Keap
