I am having trouble understanding the difference between “landing page” vs “landing page submitted.”
I want a sequence where a form submission from a landing page triggers a follow-up email. Seems simple, but except for using the “form submitted” action, I can’t find any information.
Help would be great.

“Landing Page Submitted” is the legacy landing page builder - most people use the new one. After you get the landing page created, just connect it to a sequence and configure all the emails, tags, etc… that you want inside of the sequence. Then just publish everything and you are good to go.
I did exactly this and the sequence does NOT run after the form in the landing page is submitted
