Why does my Template name show as N/A in Email Broadcasts view?
Hi Travis, Can you attach a screenshot of what you see?
Here is an image of the Email Broadcasts report. I am not using the Classic Templates but the newer Email Email Broadcast templates. Thanks.
I don’t know this for sure, @Travis_Stringam, but it may be because they’re the new templates. I do know that the older templates (that would show in that list) are not stored or handled the same way as the new. So it just may be “collateral damage”
