We are noticing that some tasks are moving on when one of a list of goals to be achieved is being completed. It is then duplicating when all goals are achieved. Is anyone else experiencing this? I’m not aware that we have made any changes that could have caused this.

On completion of ‘Write Report’. the task moved on. Then on completion of all three, it moved on again and duplicated the tasks in the next sequence.
This is an example of only one instance of this.

The configuration looks correct, so it could be a glitch in the system.
I would report it to tech support (using the chat feature) and have them investigate.
