Subscriptions are not being created in Keap

Hi there!
Hope somebody can help me with this.
I’m using InfusedWoo to connect our woocommerce with Keap, but it seems that subscriptions are not being created in Keap when a client makes a purchase.
I can’t tell what am I doing wrong or missing.
Orders appear just fine, but subscriptions are not there.

Go to InfusedWoo
Go to subscriptions
Click on ‘via InfusedWoo subscription module’
Review those instructions to be sure you aren’t missing a step.
