Hi and Good Evening!
Sometimes when I am in the campaign builder I get booted and a message comes up that someone else is in there! I change my password regularly. I just don’t know who else would be in there besides me.
Should I be concerned?
It’s probably worth contacting Infusionsoft support about this - but no, I wouldn’t be concerned. I suspect it’s a local browser caching issue. Could be that you’ve opened a campaign more than once in the same browser, but maybe in different windows - and it still thinks the previous version is open, or something like that.

Solution: I removed my Google Chrome Browser from my computer as it was improperly loading and this seems to have solved my issue. Thanks, Pam
