Shopify Integration Not Syncing all orders

@Jason_Oesterly My orders are not syncing correctly. I have reached out to your on Wednesday March 6th and I only got one response asking for a screen shot. I submitted the screenshot on March 14th, 2024 and have not heard back anything. I now have another order with the same problem. Please help or advise where I should direct my help request.
